Role Summary
Telesales Executive ka main kaam mobile shops ko call karke Phoneo software ke baare mein bataana, unhe iske benefits samjhana aur unko platform par onboard karna hoga. Ye ek target-driven role hai jisme daily calling aur follow-ups zaroori hain.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile shops ki calling list par outbound calls karna
Phoneo software ke features aur benefits clearly explain karna
Shop owners ke questions/doubts solve karna
Interested shops ko demo ya onboarding process ke liye connect karna
Daily/weekly calling targets achieve karna
Follow-up calls karna un shops ko jo turant decide nahi karte
CRM/calling sheet mein call details aur status update karna
Team lead ko daily report dena
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain)
Achi communication skills — Hindi aur basic English
Telesales/Telecalling ka pehle ka experience preferred (mandatory nahi)
Convincing aur confident baat karne ki ability
Basic computer/mobile app usage ki knowledge
Target-oriented aur self-motivated
Skills Required
Sales & negotiation skills
Patience aur problem-solving attitude
Local language fluency (location ke hisaab se)
Multitasking (calling + data entry)
