Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Share Market/Stock Market sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, explaining company services and market-related products, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Explain company services, products, and market-related offerings in a clear and professional manner.
Generate leads and convert potential customers through effective communication.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the sales and other relevant teams for smooth client onboarding.
Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Follow company policies, processes, and applicable compliance guidelines.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge or interest in the share/stock market.
Ability to work with sales targets.

Eligibility
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: Fresher candidates can apply; relevant telesales experience will be an advantage.
Candidates with experience in stock market, financial services, or telesales will be preferred.
