JOB Title : Telecaller (Female)

Location: Sector 69, Noida
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Counsel and assist customers by providing accurate information.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Maintain records of calls and update customer details in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
