Telesales Executive

Responsibilities

• Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers (cold calling) and follow up on warm leads.

  • Understand customer needs and present relevant products or services to them.

  • Use persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close sales.

  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and efficiently.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Record Keeping and Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, sales, and customer interactions in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

  • Process orders, payments, and other transactions accurately.

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments to achieve overall company goals.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
