HIRING OF TELECALLING EXECUTVE (INBOUND/ OUTBOUND) & (DOMESTIC / INTERNATIONAL)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond efficiently to inbound/ outbound calls of customers
Interact with customers to solve issues and maintain friendly tone with customers
Establish new customer accounts and record the accurate information
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately
Need Good fluency in English {Added advantage if Linguistic Language}
