Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to connect with prospective customers, generate qualified leads, schedule appointments for our sales team, and assist customers with their initial solar-related queries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and marketing leads.

• Handle inbound enquiries from phone calls, website forms, WhatsApp, and social media.

• Explain Nature Grid Energy's solar products and services in a simple and professional manner.

• Generate qualified leads for Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional solar projects.

• Schedule site visits and meetings for Sales Managers.

• Follow up regularly with interested prospects until closure.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the company's CRM.

• Update lead status after every interaction.

• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Customer Support teams.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Collect customer feedback and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Promote seasonal offers, referral programs, AMC services, and warranty plans.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Positive attitude and confidence while speaking.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

• Graduation preferred.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, BPO, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Solar Industry will be preferred.
