Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Executive at Nice Dust Control. The Telesales Executive will engage prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online channels to promote dust control solutions and services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, presenting product features and benefits, addressing customer inquiries, and following up on opportunities to convert them into sales. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams to support customer needs, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. The Telesales Executive will also participate in sales campaigns, provide feedback on customer trends, and contribute to improving sales processes.
