Relationship Executive/telesales executive

Job Descriptions: -

1.Handle inbound loan enquiries (no cold calling).

2.Understand customer profile, eligibility, and loan needs.

3.Suggest suitable banks and create WhatsApp groups for processing.

4.Guide customers on documentation and follow up till login, sanction & disbursement. Maintain accurate call remarks and daily data.
