📌 Telecaller – Loan Sales

Job Responsibilities:

. Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.

. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.

. Explain loan offers, eligibility, documentation and process clearly.

. Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into successful cases.

. Maintain accurate customer and lead records.

. Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.

. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing of loan applications.

. Build good customer relationships and ensure a positive calling experience.

Candidate Requirements:

. Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Loan Sales.

. Excellent communication and convincing skills.

. Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.

. Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups professionally.
