Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, effectively presenting and promoting DHRUVANTH SOLUTIONS' products/services.
. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving concerns.
Update and manage customer information accurately in CRM systems.
. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive customer experience and meet collective goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and market competition.
Submit daily reports on call activities, sales results, and customer feedback.
Salary Range:
