Key Responsibilities

• Outbound & Inbound Sales: Make outbound cold/warm calls and answer incoming inquiries to sell services or products.

• Lead Management: Research prospects, identify needs, and follow up with leads to build a robust pipeline.

• Target Achievement:

  Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Relationship Building: Develop relationships with prospects and existing clients, delivering persuasive pitches to convert sales.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales transactions in the CRM.

• Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of company products/services to answer questions and resolve objections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record of at least 1+ years in telemarketing or telesales.

• Communication: Excellent English verbal skills and superior negotiation skills.

• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.

• Education: High school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
