Job Description

We are looking for a BPO Telesales Executive to join our team at Herbstrix Lifecare Solutions. The role involves calling potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales for our Ayurvedic products.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers (Cold Calling)

• Generate and follow up on leads

• Explain products and close sales

• Maintain customer data and records

• Build good relationships with customers

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements

• 12th Pass or above

• Good communication skills (Hindi/Tamil preferred if needed)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work in a target-based environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
