Job Description

Telesales Executive

Make outbound calls to potential sellers and pitch marketplace onboarding or account growth services.
Explain cataloging, pricing strategies, and advertising options to new or existing sellers.
Help sellers resolve initial account setup issues, verification roadblocks, or listing errors.
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and seller conversions.
Update customer data and call logs accurately in the HubSpot CRM or similar tracking software.

Skills and Qualifications

Clear and confident verbal communication skills in English and local regional languages.
Prior experience in telesales, B2B calling, or customer account management.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify).
Strong problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with merchant queries.
High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
