The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves identifying customer needs, pitching services, handling objections, and closing deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers
Explain product features, benefits clearly
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams for sale processing and issue resolution
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Good listening skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Education
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred but not mandatory)
