Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive for Motor Insurance calling process. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining motor insurance products, generating renewals/new business, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers for motor insurance renewals and new policy sales.
Explain insurance products, policy benefits, and premium details to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Follow up with prospective customers on quotations and renewals.
Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and documentation.
Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Ensure proper follow-up for pending payments and policy closures.
Maintain professional relationships with customers for repeat business.
