Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic professionals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions, understanding their requirements, resolving queries, and providing a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and address queries in a professional and courteous manner.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and assistance.

• Resolve customer concerns effectively and ensure timely follow-up.

• Make outbound calls as per business requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the required information.

• Coordinate with internal teams for resolving customer-related queries and issues.

• Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.

• Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: HSC or Graduate.

• Candidates with minimum 1 year of Telecalling experience are eligible.

• Candidates with minimum 6 months of Healthcare experience can also apply.

• Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

• Should be comfortable handling customer calls and working in a target-oriented environment.

• Candidates should be confident, presentable, and customer-focused.

Salary

Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month

Working Details

• Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Week Off: Rotational

• Work Location: Thane – Wagle Estate

• Payroll: Impact Infotech Private Limited

Transportation Facility

Centralized pick-up and drop facility available from Thane Station.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have good communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively. Candidates with relevant Telecalling or Healthcare experience will be preferred.
