Customer Support Executive – Outbound Sales
💼 Job Responsibilities
• Handle customer calls and understand their requirements.
• Make outbound calls as per business requirements.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer-related concerns.
• Achieve assigned sales, productivity, and performance targets.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
🎓 Eligibility
• Qualification: HSC / Graduate
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Sales experience, OR
• Minimum 6 months of Healthcare experience
• Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused candidates preferred.
💰 Salary
Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month
⏰ Working Details
• Shift: 8:00 AM / 11:00 AM – Any 9 hours rotational
• Weekly Off: 1 rotational week off
• Location: Thane – Wagle Estate
• Payroll: Impact Infotech Private Limited
