We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Icici Lombard General Insurance Co Limited. This role involves renew insurance policies of existing customers. Get a salary of ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing customers.
Renew insurance policies of existing customers.
Explain policy benefits, renewal offers and coverage details.
Convince customers and close renewals effectively.
Achieve renewal and retention targets.
Update customer details and renewal status accurately.
Job Requirements:
The qualification for this role is Graduate (mandatory) and 6 months - 1 years of experience (Freshers can apply). The position requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Shift Timings & Week Offs:
Rotational Shifts: 9 AM-6:30 PM / 10 Am- 7:30 Pm (Any 9.5 Hrs Shift)
