🔹 Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of interior products (modular furniture, décor items, fittings, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with architects, interior designers, contractors, and retail customers, and driving sales conversions through effective telephonic communication.
Generate leads and follow up to ensure successful conversions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, and contractors.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of proven experience in tele sales, preferably in interior products, furniture, or building materials.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Target-driven with a positive attitude and resilience.
