*Job Title:* Shine Sales Executive

*Location:* Noida Sec 3

*Job Type:* Full-time

*Job Summary:*

We're looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team and drive sales for our job portal. You'll be responsible for contacting potential clients, pitching our services, and achieving sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to sell our job portal services.

- Understand client needs and pitch our services accordingly.

- Meet daily sales and contribute to team growth.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and sales.

- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies.

*Job Details:*

- Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)

- Sunday: Fixed off

- Salary: ₹25,000 in-hand fix + uncapped incentives.

*Eligibility:*

- 12th completed

- 18+ years of age

- Minimum 6 months of sales experience on call.

- Excellent communication and sales skills.
