Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by
converting leads into customers across business and consumer segments. The ideal candidate
should possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage
the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries across B2B and B2C segments.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach
activities.
- Convert leads into customers through effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, facilities managers, caregivers,
and end-users.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and support deal closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on payments and maintain healthy client relationships.
- Update and manage customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM
system.
- Support institutional, corporate, and channel sales initiatives when required
