Salary

Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Performance-Based Incentives (in addition to salary) , Basic Incentive is 3000

Key Responsibilities

Connect with customers over phone calls.
Understand customer healthcare needs and recommend suitable health check-up packages and services.
Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records in the system.

Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Telesales, BPO, or Sales experience is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
