Job Description

HDFC Sales is hiring Loan Officers for Telesales role. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, explaining Home Loan/LAP products, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential customers from provided database/leads
Explain Home Loan / LAP products and benefits
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling
Follow up with interested customers for conversion
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain proper data and call records
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (Any Stream)
Fresher or 0–2 years experience in Telesales/BFSI
Good communication & convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
