Job Description

We are a prominent group comprising 18 companies headquartered in Lucknow. Candidates who are permanently residing or native of Lucknow will be shortlisted for interview.

Job responsibilities:-

  • Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products and services.

  • Generate sales leads and follow up with them.

  • Handle customer queries.

  • Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Basic requirements:-

  • 1 year or more experienced in Telecalling or Telesales or in any BPO in Telesales or Fresher

  • Graduation / Bachelor's degree.

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi both.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • Positive and target-oriented.
