Greenland Solutions is looking for a proactive and communication-focused Telesales Executive to support business growth for our energy-efficient BLDC fans and ventilation products. The role involves lead follow-up, customer communication, dealer coordination, and appointment generation for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, architects, and project leads
Follow up on enquiries received through website, WhatsApp, social media, and marketplaces
Explain product features and generate interest in IntelliFan products
Coordinate with field sales team for meetings and lead closures
Maintain customer database and update lead status regularly
Share catalogs, quotations, and product information with clients
Build relationships with dealers and channel partners through regular follow-ups
Support sales campaigns and lead generation activities
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer support
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer interaction
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email communication
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Preferred Profile:
Candidates with experience in electrical, appliances, HVAC, building materials, or related industries will be preferred.
