Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to connect with prospective students from company-generated leads and convert them into counselling appointments and walk-ins.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and understand students’ course and career requirements.

• Explain relevant courses, benefits, and counselling process to prospective students.

• Generate maximum walk-ins and counselling appointments from assigned leads.

• Follow up regularly with interested students and ensure they visit the centre for counselling.

• Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up details, and appointment updates in the CRM/Google Sheet.

• Coordinate with the Counselling Team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, counselling appointments, and walk-ins.

• Maintain professional communication with students and parents throughout the calling process.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Hindi and English communication; Gujarati will be an advantage.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Primary KPI: Quality leads converted into counselling appointments and physical walk-ins.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
