Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch company products/services

• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales

• Maintain follow-ups with leads and build long-term customer relationships

• Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/software

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve results

Requirements:

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in tele sales/inside sales/customer calling (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)

• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi & English (regional languages are a plus)

• Ability to meet sales targets and handle customer queries confidently

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools will be an added advantage
