Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.

• Explain products and services to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic English communication preferred.

• Sales experience will be an added advantage.

Salary

• Freshers: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 CTC per month

• Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 CTC per month
