About the Role

ElevateX Solutions is urgently hiring Telesales Executives for leading banking and customer support processes in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a stable career in the banking, sales, and customer service industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding banking products, loans, credit/debit cards, and service offerings.

• Explain product benefits and generate customer interest.

• Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and lead data.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales/service targets while maintaining quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum HSC / 12th Pass.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with 6 months or more experience in telesales, banking sales, outbound calling, or customer service will be preferred.

• Basic to good English communication skills required.

• Full-time availability is mandatory (no pursuing candidates).

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (In-Hand / CTC depending on experience and process)
