Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, corporate clients, and other business customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, social media, referrals, and market visits.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare and share quotations, product details, pricing, and proposals with prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and other commercial requirements within company guidelines.
Follow up regularly with prospects and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Coordinate with the operations, warehouse, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely collection and follow-up for outstanding payments, where applicable.
