Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through calls, emails, references, and market research.
Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with prospects and negotiate pricing and terms.
Maintain customer and sales activity records in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development preferred.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Good English and Hindi communication skills.
