We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Durawot. The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction industry and knowledge of construction materials, contractors, builders, distributors, and dealers. The role involves generating leads, handling customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to contractors, builders, architects, dealers, and distributors.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Explain company products and services effectively to customers.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth order processing.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Job Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, preferably in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and the dealer/distributor network.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in selling TMT Bars, Steel, Cement, Pipes, Water Tanks, Hardware, Building Materials, or Construction Products will be Preferred.
