Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive – Vehicle Insurance to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining vehicle insurance products, and closing sales over the phone. With a collaborative work environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹10,000 – ₹15,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote vehicle insurance policies.

• Explain product features, coverage details, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable motor insurance plans.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales updates in CRM systems and spreadsheets.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Assist customers with policy documentation and basic renewal processes.

• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer data at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (Freshers can apply).

• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi/English (regional language is a plus).

• Basic knowledge of vehicle insurance or willingness to learn.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to handle rejection and work towards achieving targets.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with Freshers.
