About Doctor Dreams is an overseas education consultancy specializing in MBBS Abroad admissions. We guide aspiring medical students and their parents through university selection, admission procedures, documentation, counselling, and the complete admission journey.

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives who can connect with prospective students and parents, understand their requirements, provide initial information about MBBS Abroad opportunities, and generate qualified appointments for our counselling team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students and parents through outbound calls using leads provided by the company.

• Understand the student's educational background, NEET status, interest, budget, and requirements.

• Explain the basic details of MBBS Abroad programs, universities, eligibility, admission process, fees, and available options.

• Build interest and confidence among students and parents through professional and effective communication.

• Generate qualified appointments/walk-ins for Education Counsellors.

• Follow up regularly with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.

• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and appointments in the CRM/lead management system.

• Ensure timely follow-up of new, interested, and pending leads.

• Achieve assigned daily calling, follow-up, appointment, and monthly performance targets.

• Coordinate closely with Education Counsellors and the Sales Team for lead conversion.

• Re-engage old and inactive leads wherever required.

• Maintain professional communication and provide accurate information to students and parents.

• Participate in promotional campaigns, admission drives, seminars, and other company activities whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: PUC / 12th / Any Graduate

• Experience: Candidates with experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Education Counselling, Admissions, EdTech, or Inside Sales will be preferred.

• Fluent in Kannada is mandatory, along with convincing skills.

• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Ability to communicate professionally with both students and parents.

• Languages: Good communication in English and Kannada; additional languages will be an advantage.
