Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Hindi Language
Experience: 1-5 Years
Location: Gurgaon / On-site
Job Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers via phone and explain products/services in Hindi.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain customer data and update CRM records regularly.
Follow up with interested prospects and close sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
1-5 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
Basic English communication skills preferred.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2C sales, EdTech, E-commerce, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
Ability to handle high-volume calling and customer interactions.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
