Experience:
1–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Online Sales, or Digital Marketing
Experience handling marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and social media platforms preferred
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Role Overview:
The Online Sales, E-commerce & Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s online sales channels, marketplace operations, and social media presence. The role includes driving digital revenue, ensuring smooth order processing, coordinating with internal teams, and building strong customer engagement through social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Online Sales & Lead Management
Handle inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Website, WhatsApp Business, and other platforms
Generate and convert leads from diagnostic labs, hospitals, and clinicians
Share quotations, negotiate pricing within approved margins, and close orders
Ensure fast response time and effective follow-ups
2. E-commerce & Marketplace Management
Manage product listings across website and marketplaces
Maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock visibility
Monitor product performance, ratings, and customer feedback
Optimize listings for higher visibility and conversions
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage company presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Plan and execute content calendars (posts, reels, campaigns).
Run campaigns on social media to generate leads and sales.
Track engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
4. Sales Coordination & Order Execution
Coordinate with sales, service, warehouse, and logistics teams
Ensure smooth order processing from inquiry to delivery
Manage dispatch, returns, replacements, and issue resolution
Maintain MIS reports and sales tracking
5. Inventory & Business Control
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Support liquidation of slow-moving / near-expiry inventory
Maintain CRM database and track repeat orders
Support credit control through timely payment follow-ups
6. Customer Relationship Management
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback
Build long-term relationships with labs and institutions
Ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
