TELE SALES EXECUTIVES

We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team at Csa Marine Global Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key responsibilities

· Outbound & Inbound Calling: Contact potential and existing customers to pitch products using scripts, or answer incoming sales enquiries.

· Lead Conversion: Qualify prospects, identify customer needs, and persuade them to make a purchase or sign a contract.

· CRM Management: Document customer details, track sales progress, and manage orders using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

· Account Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

· Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and call volume metrics.

· Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints or objections professionally to preserve the company's reputation.

· Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.

· Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

· Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

· Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.

· Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.

• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.

• Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.

• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.

• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.

• Answering customers' questions on the products.

• Meeting sales quotas.

Telesales Representative Requirements:

• Working knowledge of relevant computer software.

• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

• Cold Calling , Computer Knowledge , Lead Generation , Convincing Skills , Digital Marketing and knowledge of Seo are value added to profile .

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
