Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell loan products over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets while providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective and existing customers to promote personal loans, business loans, home loans, or other loan products.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication until loan disbursement.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
