Job Purpose
Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Ltd. (ABHICL), a leading provider of health insurance plans with chronic care and wellness offerings, seeks a Telesales Executive to drive sales through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers, promoting Aditya Birla health insurance products like mediclaim policies and achieving daily/weekly sales targets.
Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and premiums; handle inquiries, objections, and follow-ups to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems; ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet team goals and contribute to growing our customer base across 5,000+ cities.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate degree preferred; Graduate with relevant telesales experience considered - 12th Pass Can apply
- Experience: Experience in telesales experience
- Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
