We are hiring energetic, confident and customer-focused candidates for two exciting opportunities at Shaadi.com, Thane.
1. HVM – Hindi & Marathi Tele sales Executive
Job Profile: Outbound Tele sales / Sales Executive
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: 12th Pass or Above
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent tele sales experience
- Languages: Hindi & Marathi mandatory
- Salary: ₹18,000 In-Hand + PF + Incentives
- Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
2. Explain membership plans, services and benefits.
3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
4. Generate leads and convert potential customers into paid memberships.
5. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
6. Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper records.
7. Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Hindi and Marathi communication skills.
- Strong tele sales and convincing abilities.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Lead generation and follow-up skills.
- Customer handling and relationship management.
- Negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-based environment.
