About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused professionals to join our dynamic team for the Axis Bank process. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for bank customers, delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities for cross-selling financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information regarding bank accounts, services, and policies with high professional standards.

• Cross-Selling: Understand customer financial needs and pitch relevant banking products and services (such as credit cards, loans, or insurance) to meet monthly targets.

• Relationship Management: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.

• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are accurately logged in the system in compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduates (Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome).

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must. Regional language proficiency is an added advantage.

• Skill Set: Strong interpersonal skills, a persuasive attitude, active listening, and a customer-first mindset.

• Location: Candidates residing in or around Dombivli Palava (or willing to commute) are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Take-Home Salary (In-Hand): ₹16,000 per month

• Cost to Company (CTC): ₹20,000 per month

• Incentives: Earn unlimited monthly performance-based incentives.

• Travel Benefits: Additional ₹1,000 travel allowance provided.
