Job Title: Telesales Executive - B2B Loan Products

Location: Andheri east

Experience: 0-4 years

Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM

Salary: ₹25,000

Industry: Banking / Financial Services (DSA Channel)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Female Telesales Executive to drive

B2B sales of loan products. The role involves connecting with business owners,

SMEs, and corporate clients to promote loan solutions such as Business Loans,

Working Capital Loans, and LAP (Loan Against Property), etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to business owners, SMEs, and corporate clients

• Generate and qualify B2B leads for loan products

• Pitch financial products including Business Loans, Working Capital Loans,

OD/CC limits, and LAP

• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (owners, finance

heads, etc.)

• Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions

• Follow up consistently to close deals and achieve sales targets

• Coordinate with internal processing and credit teams for smooth loan

disbursement

• Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and repeat business
