Job Description

Call potential and existing customers to inform them about insurance products (Health, Motor, Life, etc.)

Generate leads and close sales over calls

Understand POSP needs and recommend suitable insurance plans

Maintain and update Posp database

Follow up with interested POSP to close deals

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred)

Ability to convince and negotiate

Comfortable with calling and sales targets

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM)

Skills:
