Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain insurance products and their benefits.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with interested customers until closure.
Maintain customer data and update CRM/Excel records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team for policy issuance and documentation.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English and Gujarati will be an added advantage).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
Positive attitude with target-oriented approach.
