Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Telesales Associate to manage inbound and outbound calls, drive sales performance, and deliver excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle escalations, and a proven track record in achieving sales or service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
Achieve and exceed sales, lead generation, and service targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Manage customer escalations and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure
Provide guidance and support to junior team members
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Experience in achieving sales, lead generation, or service targets
Capability to manage escalations and resolve customer issues
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
