Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote BTN EVENTS services
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities
Explain event packages, offerings, and customized solutions clearly
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (event industry experience is a plus), Freshers are most welcome.
Good communication and persuasion skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in event management, hospitality, or service industry sales
