Job Details:
• Working Hours: Any 9 hours between 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their travel requirements.
• Understand customer requirements such as destination, travel dates, budget and preferences.
• Promote and sell MakeMyTrip travel products and services.
• Assist customers with flight, hotel, holiday package and other travel bookings.
• Explain pricing, offers, package details, booking terms and cancellation policies.
• Convert potential leads and customer inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers.
• Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update lead status in the CRM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the booking process.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Sales, Customer Service or Travel Sales.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of a regional language will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and selling skills.
