Job Description

Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Bizz Booster Pvt. Ltd.

2nd Floor, No B5, Subash Nagar Shopping Centre, near Airtel Office, Subash Nagar, Shastri Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302016
Experience: 0–2 Years
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

  • Explain the company’s e-commerce, website development, and digital marketing services.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.

  • Follow up with leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.

  • Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

  • Maintain daily call records and update lead status.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.

  • Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Stay updated about company services, pricing, offers, and competitors.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.

  • Hindi and basic English communication.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle customer objections.

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel is an advantage.

  • Previous telesales/telecalling experience is preferred.
