Key Responsibilities:-
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls using company-provided data.
Follow up with existing inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
Introduce the company's fire safety products and solar energy solutions in a clear and professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Collect basic information related to customer needs, project requirements, and service interests.
Determine whether the inquiry is suitable for further discussion with the technical or sales team.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, or virtual consultations for the field sales and engineering teams.
Confirm appointments and ensure customers receive the necessary information before the meeting.
Record customer interactions, follow-up activities, and appointment details in the company's CRM system.
Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status regularly.
Conduct timely follow-up calls to maintain engagement with prospective customers.
Communicate with customers through phone, email, or WhatsApp (as per company guidelines).
Achieve agreed-upon activity and appointment goals.
Work closely with the sales, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the reporting manager.
