Job Description

Job Tital:- Assistent Relationship Officer

Job Summary:
Responsible for sourcing new customers, promoting personal loan and overdraft products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers for personal loans and overdraft facilities.
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, telecalling, and digital channels.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.

Required Skills:

Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of retail banking products, especially personal loans and overdrafts.
Ability to work under sales targets.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Qualifications:

12th and Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services (freshers may be considered for entry-level roles).
Experience in personal loan or unsecured lending sales is an advantage.
